WIN THE BATTLE

At FitEffort we make sure that your weight loss is done correctly. The right way is fat loss and not muscle loss. Muscle is needed to increase your metabolism and our focus is to gain lean muscle tissue. Most diets will starve your body; here we are focusing on providing necessary nutrients to provide good health and well being as you lose weight.
NUTRITION COACHING
A sensible, long-term plan focused on portion control and weight management will be provided to each individual. Clients fill out questionnaires on everything from their eating habits to their emotional attachment to food. Clients will be interviewed by a counselor and prescribed a plan that specializes in portion control, not just calories.
WE HEAR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING

We are providing an interactive helpful process. Individualized nutritional counseling provides important insight into food-related issues and education on how various nutrients (protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals) affect your weight. Dietary counseling also provides prevention of nutrition-related conditions (iron deficiency, vitamin deficiency and osteoporosis).

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Nutrition can help enhance athletic performance. An active lifestyle and exercise routine, along with eating well, is the best way to stay healthy. Eating a good diet with enough fluids can help provide the energy you need to finish a race, or just enjoy a casual sport. You are more likely to be tired and perform poorly during sports, when you do not get enough protein, carbohydrate, and fat as well as vitamins and minerals.
INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL GROUP

An effective exercise program includes cardiovascular training for energy expenditure along with flexibility training to improve muscle length and joint range-of-motion.
Traditional personal training: one trainer working with one client
Semi-private training: one trainer working with two or three clients
